Adults ‘Learn to Swim’
Adult swimmers will work towards being able to complete short distance swims (10 to 15m) on their front & back. They will work on stroke fundamentals, such as floats, rolls, glides & kicks.
This program is available for ages 13+.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00-8:30 p.m.
